AI Chief of Staff · for what falls between your L10s

Your L10s catch what's on the agenda. Viti catches what falls between them.

Viti works inside your chat, email, CRM, calendar and project tools, watching in both directions: for drift from your Rocks and Scorecard, and for what nobody decided to watch. It starts the response, stays with it, and brings you only the calls that are genuinely yours.

Not another meeting-prep assistant. Built by Ravi Pathak, Founder, Tatvic Digital Analytics. Running live inside that ~100-person company, and on this page.

Real incident · 09 Jul 2026 Five days from losing the account — and the record showed nothing.

A renewal in motion the CRM couldn't see, surfaced in time to act. The full loop, below.

The hidden operating load

Managers own their functions. Nobody owns the space between them.

Your L10s and Quarterlies can only catch what reaches the agenda — and that's just the part you see.

Day 01QUARTERLYRocks set

Between two Quarterlies, the agenda flows on — while a client goes quiet, a promise made in passing never becomes part of the plan, and a pipeline fills with activity but no movement. Each of these falls off the agenda line. Viti catches them before they land.

Day 90QUARTERLYRocks scored

carries the between-work: the noticing, connecting and questioning. Not the manager's job, and not another dashboard for you — the load, not the accountability.

Where Viti fits

Your software records what the team says. Viti verifies it happened.

Ninety, Bloom and EOS One hold your V/TO, run your L10 agenda and store Rock status — and that status is self-reported. Viti sits on top and checks it against the daily work in Slack, your CRM and your project tools, so the record you walk into the Quarterly with is corroborated, not just remembered. It doesn't replace your system of record. It makes it trustworthy.

Closed-loop proof · 9 July 2026 · our own company

Five days from losing the account. Nothing in the system said so.

A live account was five days from its renewal decision and no one owned the risk. Nothing in the system of record flagged it — the CRM showed the wrong stage and zero value. Viti caught it from the silence, found the renewal moving on email, and put it in front of an owner while there was still time to act. This is churn caught between the L10s, not at the post-mortem.

    Engagement ends in five days.

No renewal discussion appeared in the connected systems.

  2. 10:24
    Owner answer

    The conversation existed — offline.

Renewal in motion on email; the operating record didn't show it.

  3. 10:26
    Contradiction

    Wrong stage. Zero value.

The stated reality and the CRM could not both be true. Viti stated what it couldn't see and asked for the deal link to verify.

  4. 11:01
    Current state

    Record and reality matched.

Right stage, true value — five days before the renewal decision.

What this proves: a churn risk the record couldn't see — caught from silence and handed to an owner five days before the decision. Signal → owner response → evidence → action in time. It does not claim the renewal was won; it proves the risk stopped being invisible.

The same mechanism, across the company

One churn caught proves the loop. The same mechanism runs across every account — all real outputs.

A lot of what you just read is red. That's the point. The same scan runs on every client relationship: on one recent weekly read, 8 of 18 accounts sat at-risk, two contracts had lapsed 234 and 623 days earlier, and decision-maker silence spanned six accounts — each surfaced automatically, before a QBR went wrong. This is what open-loop looks like when a company measures itself honestly — Viti didn't create this baseline, it exposed it. Every red signal now has an owner, an action, a deadline, and a closure state. Most companies have the same numbers. They just can't see them yet.

How Viti works

Most AI stops at the brief. Viti starts the response.

It doesn't wait for anyone to ask the right question. The work itself triggers the loop — filling your Issues List between L10s, not only during them — and each case stays open until its current state is known.

Viti watches in both directions — for drift from what leadership decided, and for what nobody decided to watch. A signal becomes a case with its source attached. The specific question goes to the owner who can answer it, and the answer is tested against the record; 48 hours of quiet brings in the team lead, 72 hours reaches you. Each case stays open until reality is known — resolved by the owner, closed by a rule you set, or routed up to you, prepared. Your call is recorded as precedent, so the same question doesn't come back as if you never answered it.

Intent is a reference — not a limit on what Viti is allowed to notice.

  1. Both directions

Drift from your Rocks and V/TO — and what nobody decided to watch: silence, contradiction, stalled motion.

  2. 01

    Signal

Material drift becomes a case. The source stays attached.

  3. 02

    Owner + evidence

The specific question goes to the person who can answer it. 48h quiet → the team lead. 72h → you.

  4. 03

    State

Open until reality is known — resolved by the owner, dropped to the Issues List for IDS, or routed up to you, prepared.

  5. 04

    Precedent

Your call is recorded — the same question doesn't come back as if you never answered it.

Hard on the work, not on people. The team gets their week back.

Status writes itself. Scorecard numbers assemble from the work — nobody preps the update before the L10.
Help arrives early. A blocker gets an owner and a clock while there's still time.
Wins get seen. Praise is captured and surfaced — the record isn't only fires.

Calibrated authority

Viti acts. The accountable owner acts. You decide.

Everything runs at the lowest seat on your Accountability Chart that can resolve it. Autonomy isn't the product — knowing where authority belongs is. Yours is deliberately the smallest.

The week's signals · entering left2 need you · 1–9 Jul

A week of signals flows in from the left. Most are absorbed at Level one, where a rule already answers them. Most of the rest close at Level two with the owner who can act. Two — this week — pass all the way through to the founder.

Level 01 · Viti acts

A rule already answers it.

hard rule: a deal below your floor → flagged before the thread decides it

Level 02 · the accountable owner acts

The person who owns that seat responds.

the clock: 48h quiet → team lead · 72h → the sponsor's DM

Level 03 · you decide

Consequence crosses your line.

judgment call: decide either way — Viti keeps the why

The founder's end of it

What reaches you is a handful, not a feed.

Evidence, context, precedent and a recommendation arrive together. Your call is recorded and becomes precedent — the company remembers why, and needs you less next time.

Split-key: three components in separate places. The files alone are useless — to anyone, including us.

Eviction

A kill switch you own.

Layered stop, instantly. Revoke the license and the deployment shuts down and wipes its own workspace.

Memory

Correctable, not oracular.

People can correct an interpretation, update a rule, reopen an outcome. Judgments stay linked to evidence.

Every department, every week

Every department's Issues, ready for the L10. Compiled by no one.

The Issues that should reach your L10 — surfaced by department, with evidence, before the meeting. Your Scorecard shows the number; Viti shows whether the work behind it is real. Your system of record — Ninety, Bloom or EOS One — covers one row of this readout.

Friday, 7:06 pm

Friday evening, nothing is waiting on you.

The week's slips have owners and next steps, surfaced for the L10 rather than lost between them. The two calls that were genuinely yours are made — and recorded, so they become precedent the company keeps. Not because you found out faster: because the company now recognizes, routes, acts, and learns without routing everything through you.

Straight answers

What Viti is — and is not.

Is Viti a reminder or monitoring system?+
No. Monitoring stops at detection; a reminder repeats a task. Viti reconstructs the context, gets the owner's answer, gathers evidence, applies an approved rule or routes the issue to the person with authority — and retains the outcome and current state.
There are many "AI chief of staff" products. How is Viti different?+
Most of the category organizes one executive's day — meetings, inbox, notes, briefings. Viti runs inside the company's work: triggered by operating evidence, acting with owners directly, escalating only what stays consequential. A briefing tool tells you a proposal stalled; Viti has already asked the owner the diagnostic question and set the clock.
Won't the team feel policed?+
Viti is hard on the work, not on people. Questions attach to evidence and address the work's state. The team's experience: status writes itself, blockers get help earlier, and wins are visible alongside risks — escalation is help arriving, not reporting someone.
Does Viti replace managers or a human Chief of Staff?+
No. Managers keep functional accountability and leadership keeps judgment. Viti carries the cross-functional noticing, connecting, evidence-gathering and routing that currently consumes their attention — the load, not the responsibility.
Are the outputs on this page real?+
Yes. The proof images are actual Viti outputs with identities covered by solid redaction blocks — nothing else altered. Composite views (like the attention brief) are labelled as composed, and every case states its current resolution state. Where numbers are red, they stay red.
What data access does Viti need — and is it secure?+
Viti runs inside your company-controlled environment with a dedicated, scoped user ID — granted, audited, revocable. Email and calendar reading is read-only with local classification, so raw content doesn't leave your infrastructure. Its workspace is AES-256 encrypted with a split key held in separate places, decrypted only in memory, and a layered kill switch plus license revocation shuts a deployment down and wipes it. The reasoning model is swappable — your data, rules, and decision history never move with it.
Does Viti make decisions on its own?+
Only inside boundaries you explicitly approve — like a hard rule you pre-decided. Everything else goes to the right owner or authority with evidence, context and a recommendation. Judgment calls reach the founder; Viti doesn't make them — it remembers them.
How does a pilot work, and what does it cost?+
Four weeks on one function where intent is slipping now — the first month of the 90-day human-led setup at $5,000/mo. From month 4 the rhythm runs software-led at $1,500/mo, billed monthly, no annual lock-in. Year one totals $28,500 — under a fifth of a full-time Chief of Staff at loaded cost.
Does Viti replace Ninety, Bloom or EOS One?+
No. Those are your system of record — they hold your V/TO, run your L10 agenda and store Rock and Scorecard status. Viti sits on top and verifies that what's marked on-track there matches what's actually happening in Slack, your CRM and your project tools. It makes the record trustworthy; it doesn't replace it.
Is Viti an operating system, or is it EOS-certified?+
Neither. EOS is your operating system; Viti is not a framework and never will be. It's the execution-assurance layer that checks whether daily work stays coupled to the system you already run. Viti is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by EOS Worldwide.
Will it undermine my Implementer or make the Quarterly redundant?+
The opposite. Viti carries the between-session accountability grind — the follow-ups, the nudges, the drift detection — so your L10s and Quarterlies are spent on real Issues and judgment, not reconstructing status. Your Implementer walks in with an evidence-backed view of where Rocks drifted, corroborated rather than self-reported.

Are you an EOS Implementer? Viti is a partner opportunity, not just a tool for your clients. Implementer page coming soon.
