How we count proof
Every claim on this site.
Its boundary, in one place.
Proof precedes narrative. Named real objects only. This page is where the boundaries live so the rest of the site can speak plainly.
- All cases
Tatvic's own, July to September 2026. Viti reached a few teams in April and every function from May.
- Captures
Real product output with client names and people's names redacted. Receipts quoted on the site are verbatim or marked paraphrased; originals shown on request.
- “Answered below the CEO”
Means the owner confirmed a response. Viti does not independently verify delivery to a client.
- Execution
The week shown is composed from real cards across three weeks and three teams, not one measured end-to-end week.
- Projects
The case shows the plan tested against the brief and tasks chased. The project's business target is not claimed as achieved.
- Decisions
The client did not proceed. The case proves decision structure and memory, not revenue.
- Revenue
The stalled deal is not claimed to have moved. Amounts are omitted from every capture.
- Results
We do not claim Viti caused the scorecard changes. Scorecards available on request.
- Integrations
Slack and Microsoft 365 are tested and working but not yet run in production at Tatvic; they are set up during the pilot.
Questions we get asked.
Do people have to adopt a new task app?+
No. Plans are posted where the team already writes them. Viti structures them and returns follow-ups there. At setup the team agrees which source is authoritative, so there is never a second task list.
Does “done” mean the work is accepted?+
No. Done needs a link or an explanation. Selected tasks need evidence or the lead's acceptance before they close.
Does Viti contact the client directly?+
No. Everything shown here is internal follow-up with owners, leads and leadership. Any outward action must be explicitly included in your authority rules at setup.
What if the work was handled off-channel?+
Viti asks the owner to reconcile the record. The owner's answer closes the card; the record shows who confirmed what and when.
Can Viti start a project without the sponsor?+
No. Intake asks for written approval before the project is created, and plan approval is a separate step before any task is assigned.
What about confidential projects?+
A dedicated space with the agreed participants. Follow-ups stay inside it.
Does Viti make the decision?+
No. It frames, checks, recommends and routes. The named human authority makes the call.
What if the founder overrides a rule?+
The override is explicit and attributed. The rule stays on record, so the next request does not look as though no decision was ever made.
Is this another sales dashboard?+
No. The output is an explanation, an owner and a next action, delivered to the person it belongs to.
Does Viti need clean CRM data?+
It needs access and agreed definitions. It compares the CRM with what the team actually did and shows the gaps rather than filling them with assumptions.
